How do I get a Quote?
The quickest and easiest way is to text/MMS* or email some pictures of the damage to either 0451 197 448 or
info@reflexsmartrepairs.com.au. The pictures should clearly show the damage from several angles and consist of some close up
images (approx 8 - 12 inches away) and some from 2 - 4 ft away so we can see the damage within the context of the
panel/wheel.
(*iPhone users please note that unfortunately there is a compatibility issue that is outside of our control between Apples
proprietary iMessage system that doesn’t appear to fully comply with the Global MMS standard used by Android phones resulting in
us not receiving picture messages from iPhones using iMessage so email maybe the preferred option in this instance.)
Can I bring my car to your Workshop?
No, Reflex Smart Repairs provides a mobile cosmetic repair service, all works are carried out on site, usually at your home
address. We do not have a workshop premises of any kind.
Can I send you pictures to get a quote?
Yes you can, and in most cases we can provide a quote or advise you on the best course of action based on the pictures you

I called but got your Voicemail, didn’t leave a message, but nobody called me back?
Due to the nature of the job, we can’t always answer the phone usually due to wearing a respirator for painting. If you want a
call back it’s vital that you leave a message otherwise we will assume it is just another spam call.
How much does it cost to repair a dent/scratch?
Unfortunately every scrape/scratch is different, they vary in size, shape, location, accessibility, and severity to name but a
few variables. Each repair is priced on it’s own individual merits.
I live/work in an apartment/office complex with enclosed/underground parking, Can you repair my car at that
location?
We require private open air space with access to mains power, underground or enclosed parking structures are not suitable due to
poor ventilation & lighting. In these instances we would ask if you have friends or family in Canberra that may have a house
with a driveway that you could use for a few hours.
I have a cracked and or buckled alloy/mag wheel, can you fix it?
No unfortunately not, and while there are companies that will repair such damage, we would recommend replacing any wheel with
that kind of damage.
If I’m happy with the price will you carry out the work when you come to survey/quote?
No, all jobs are surveyed prior to any booking being made as until we’ve looked at the job we have no idea what is involved or
how long it will take. Only when we have inspected the job will a booking be made, this allows us to efficiently plan our diary
and workload.
What about Warranty?
All works are guaranteed for 12 months
Do you Carry Insurance?
Yes, and we comply with all relevant Legislation
What happens if the Weather is bad?
Due to the nature of working outside all bookings are weather permitting, in the event that the weather is bad
(raining/excessively windy or hot etc) the job may need to be rebooked for which we accept no liability for loss or
inconvenience.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Reflex Smart repairs accepts payment by Cash, PayID, Direct Transfer, or Credit/Debit card* including AMEX (no Surcharges).
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the works. We do not offer credit facilities or monthly accounts.
(* Credit/Debit card payments must be made in person (we do not take payments over the phone as it represents a fraud
risk)
Do you work at weekends?
No sorry, Business Hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm only. Enquiries received outside of Business Hours will be responded to
during the next working day.
